Product Description
The Cordoba 15C Concert Ukulele in Sea Sky is designed to make learning feel easy, musical and fun. With its comfortable concert-sized body, all-mahogany construction and reliable hardware, it delivers a clear, lively tone that encourages practice, whether you are playing at home, in the classroom or at casual jams. Finished in a striking gloss Catalonia Green top with natural back and sides, it looks as inspiring as it sounds.
From the smooth rosewood fingerboard to the stable open-gear tuners and Aquila New Nylgut strings, every detail is chosen to help beginners sound good quickly and stay in tune as their skills grow. If you are looking for a first ukulele that feels inviting, plays easily and will support your musical journey, the 15C Concert in Sea Sky is a brilliant place to start.
Easy-playing Concert Size
The concert body shape offers a little more space and volume than a soprano while remaining compact and approachable. With 14 frets to the body and 18 in total, plus a 14.75 inch scale length, there is plenty of room to explore melodies and chord shapes without feeling cramped or overwhelmed.
Warm, Lively Mahogany Tone
Mahogany is used for the top, back, sides and neck, giving the 15C a balanced sound with a warm midrange and clear, lively response. Sitka spruce bracing on the top and back adds projection and definition, helping chords ring out clearly in group settings so players can hear their progress and stay motivated.
Comfortable Neck and Fingerboard
A comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck pairs with a flat rosewood fingerboard and narrow-medium frets to make chord changes feel natural. The smooth playing surface supports clean fretting and developing technique, while pearloid inlays and side dots make it easy to find your way around the neck.
Stable Tuning and Durable Finish
Cordoba open-gear tuners provide reliable tuning stability, supported by a composite nut and saddle for consistent intonation across the neck. The gloss polyurethane finish, cream body binding and abalone rosette not only look smart but also add durability for everyday practice and regular use.
Features
- Beginner friendly concert design - The concert-sized body with 14.75 inch scale length offers extra comfort and volume compared to a soprano, helping new players enjoy a fuller sound while still feeling easy to hold and play.
- All mahogany body with spruce bracing - Mahogany top, back and sides deliver a warm, focused tone, while Sitka spruce bracing enhances projection and clarity so chords and melodies cut through in practice sessions and group lessons.
- Smooth rosewood fingerboard and bridge - The rosewood fingerboard and bridge support clear note separation and natural sustain, making it easier for beginners to hear each note in a chord and develop accurate finger placement.
- Reliable hardware and Aquila strings - Cordoba open-gear tuners, composite nut and saddle, and Aquila New Nylgut Concert 7U strings work together to keep the instrument in tune and sounding consistent as players practice and improve.
