Cordoba 15C Concert Ukulele in Sangria

The Cordoba 15C Concert Ukulele in Sangria is designed to make getting started on ukulele feel easy, fun and instantly rewarding. With its all-mahogany construction, comfortable concert body size and smooth-playing neck, it delivers a clear, lively tone that encourages practice, whether you are learning at home, in the classroom or jamming with friends. Finished in a striking gloss Sangria top with natural back and sides, it looks as inviting as it sounds.

Thoughtful details like Sitka spruce bracing, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, and dependable open-gear tuners mean this uke not only sounds great out of the box, but also stays in tune and feels comfortable as your skills develop. Paired with Aquila New Nylgut strings, the 15C Sangria arrives ready to play, helping beginners focus on music rather than setup.

Beginner Friendly and Easy to Play

The 15C Sangria has been built from the ground up to support new players. The concert body size feels approachable and secure in the hands, while the 14.75 inch scale length offers familiar string tension that makes chords feel natural under the fingers. With 14 frets to the body and 18 in total, there is plenty of room to explore melodies without the instrument ever feeling overwhelming.

Warm, Clear Mahogany Tone

Mahogany is used for the top, back, sides and neck, giving the 15C a balanced voice that blends warmth with clarity. Sitka spruce bracing on the top and back adds projection and definition, so chords and single notes cut through clearly in group settings. This tonal balance helps beginners hear their progress more easily, making practice more enjoyable and motivating.

Comfortable Neck and Smooth Feel

A comfortable C-shaped mahogany neck and flat rosewood fingerboard make it easy to form chords and move up and down the neck. Narrow-medium frets support clean fretting and smooth position shifts, while pearloid dot inlays and white side dots provide clear visual guides for finding your way around the fingerboard. The result is a playing experience that feels intuitive and confidence-boosting from day one.

Reliable Hardware and Durable Finish

Cordoba open-gear ukulele tuners offer stable, precise tuning adjustments, working in tandem with the composite nut and saddle to maintain consistent intonation across the neck. The gloss polyurethane finish, cream body binding and abalone rosette not only look smart, but also help protect the instrument for everyday use. Strung with Aquila New Nylgut Concert 7U strings, the 15C Sangria delivers a dependable tone that stands up to regular practice.

• All Mahogany Concert Body - Mahogany top, back and sides create a warm, focused tone with plenty of midrange presence, ideal for strumming chords or simple melodies. The concert body size adds a little extra volume and depth compared to a soprano, while still feeling compact and comfortable.
• Comfortable Neck with Rosewood Fingerboard - A C-shaped mahogany neck, flat rosewood fingerboard and narrow-medium frets make it easier for beginners to form chords cleanly and move between positions. The 14.75 inch scale length offers a familiar feel that supports accurate fretting and developing technique.
• Stable Tuning and Consistent Intonation - Cordoba open-gear tuners, combined with a composite nut and saddle, help the 15C Sangria stay in tune and play in tune across the neck. This reliability lets learners focus on rhythm and chord changes rather than constant retuning.
• Durable Gloss Finish with Stylish Details - A gloss Catalonia Green Sangria top paired with gloss natural back and sides gives this ukulele a distinctive look, while cream binding and an abalone rosette add a touch of class. The tough polyurethane finish helps protect the wood, making it well suited to everyday practice and lessons.
