Product Description
The Charvel Pro-Mod Plus Dinky DK24 HH FR QM EB in Cloaked Emerald Green is a sleek, modern rock machine built for fast, technical playing and high-gain tones. With a compact Dinky basswood body, stunning quilt maple top, caramelised maple neck and a Seymour Duncan Nazgûl and Sentient pickup pairing, this premium model delivers effortless playability, brutal rhythm tones and singing leads, all kept in tune by a Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-locking tremolo.
From progressive metal and djent to modern rock and fusion, this guitar is designed to stay precise and comfortable under the most demanding playing styles. The compound-radius ebony fingerboard, jumbo stainless steel frets and rolled fingerboard edges make everything from low-end riffing to extreme bends feel natural and controlled, while the versatile 5-way switching and no-load tone control open up a wide palette of usable sounds.
Visually, the Cloaked Emerald Green finish and quilt maple top give the DK24 a dark, high-end aesthetic that looks as aggressive as it sounds. Black hardware and subtle pearloid dot inlays complete the stealthy look, making this an ideal choice for players who want a stage-ready guitar that feels and performs like a true custom instrument.
High-Performance Neck and Fingerboard
The caramelised maple Speed Neck with rolled fingerboard edges and natural satin finish feels fast, smooth and broken-in from day one. Combined with the 12 to 16 inch compound-radius ebony fingerboard, it offers comfortable chord work near the nut and a flatter surface higher up for low, buzz-free action and effortless bends, perfect for technical solos and extended sessions.
Modern High-Gain Seymour Duncan Pickups
The Seymour Duncan Nazgûl bridge humbucker delivers aggressive output with tight, controlled lows and cutting highs, ideal for down-tuned riffs and saturated lead tones that stay articulate. Paired with the Sentient neck humbucker, you get clear, expressive leads and defined cleans, giving you a powerful yet versatile voice for modern metal and beyond.
Floyd Rose 1500 Series Tremolo Stability
The Floyd Rose 1500 Series double-locking tremolo and matching locking nut allow you to divebomb, flutter and apply wide vibrato without sacrificing tuning stability. Once locked in, your strings stay secure, meaning you can play hard, use the bar aggressively and still return to pitch with confidence.
Premium Construction and Striking Aesthetics
The basswood Dinky body keeps things lightweight and ergonomic, with excellent upper-fret access for high-register playing. Topped with a quilt maple cap in Cloaked Emerald Green, plus black hardware and Luminlay side dots, the DK24 combines premium looks with practical performance features that stand out on stage and in the studio.
Features
- Seymour Duncan Nazgûl and Sentient Pickups - The Nazgûl bridge humbucker offers tight, aggressive high-gain tones with plenty of punch, while the Sentient neck humbucker provides clarity and warmth for fluid leads and articulate cleans, giving you a powerful and versatile tonal foundation.
- Floyd Rose 1500 Series Double-Locking Tremolo - This robust tremolo system, paired with a locking nut, delivers rock-solid tuning stability even under extreme whammy bar use, letting you explore expressive pitch effects without worrying about your guitar drifting out of tune.
- Caramelised Maple Speed Neck with Ebony Fingerboard - The fast neck profile, rolled fingerboard edges and smooth satin finish make for an exceptionally comfortable playing experience, while the ebony fingerboard and jumbo stainless steel frets support precise, low-action setups and long-lasting durability.
- Cloaked Emerald Green Quilt Maple Top - The figured quilt maple top with a dark, dramatic edge fade gives the guitar a premium, stage-ready look, while the compact basswood Dinky body keeps things lightweight and ergonomic for long gigs and rehearsals.
