Koch Amps

Since 1988, Koch Electronics has been building high-quality guitar amplifiers, with tone always being their utmost priority. Three decades worth of experience has culminated in what is now an extremely strong amp lineup.

Koch Amps

With a range of old-school, boutique-inspired amps, Koch Electronics has maintained its taste for vintage aesthetics, yet refined its offerings to meet the demands of modern players.

The flagship "The Greg" amplifier, released at the 2018 NAMM Show, is packed full of features. With full tube-driven power, 3 versatile channels, a speaker emulation output, built-in reverb/tremolo and a buffered effects loop, this is an amp designed purely for the pros, just like Greg Koch himself.

But a high-end amplifier like that may not be within everyone's reach. And that's why Koch have catered for players of all budgets, with their Jupiter series priced very modestly in comparison.

The Jupiter Junior combo, with 20 watts of power, is a portable amplifier that is loud enough to play at small/medium venues. Powered by a pair of 12AX7 tubes, the Jupiter Junior is a flexible hybrid amplifier, using Koch's Authentic Tube Response technology to ensure that the remaining solid-state circuit provides the feel of a genuine tube amp.

With 3 channels like "The Greg", the Jupiter Junior also has a speaker emulation filter for direct recording, and even shares the same Jensen Falcon C10-40 speaker.
