With its double-cutaway, short-horn body design — the Danelectro '59 Divine electric guitar pays homage to the now legendary 'Deluxe' model first launched back in 1959. It's another perfect example of why this iconic brand still remains as popular as ever, and this flagship model really is "divine" with its gorgeous flamed Maple top/back and classy body binding!
Faithful Recreation
The original Danelectro 'Deluxe' was there at the beginning, and arguably one of the first electric guitars that helped start the birth of rock and roll. The '59 Divine just lifts the whole concept, perfect for a host of styles from surf to country, rockabilly to blues and classic rock.
Vintage '50s "Lipstick" Pickups
As well as sharing features with the classic 1959 model, this updated version contains a few upgrades of its own. The main one of these is the set of Vintage '50s lipstick pickups (featuring original USA wiring), which help to deliver a tone that's reminiscent of the glory days of early rock. The excellent sound of the pickups is augmented further by sand-cast, sand-blasted alnico 6 magnets. This helps them to project sharp mids, a crisp and clear high-end "chime", and a noticeably warm low-end. In other words, the quintessential sound of Danelectro!
Modern Comfort
Additional features include a slick "C"-shaped neck adorned with a smooth Pau Ferro fingerboard and 21 frets — making for one highly-playable instrument. A fully adjustable bridge, precision cut bone nut and straight string pull to Gotoh vintage 15:1 machine heads offers accurate tuning and solid intonation.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
