Product Description
If you’re on the hunt for a cracking baritone ukulele, the Alvarez Artist AU70BE is well worth a look. It’s a lively, nicely refined instrument that feels super open and responsive under the fingers, with loads of projection, generous volume and a beautifully even tone across the board.
Thoughtful build & standout resonance
Alvarez have clearly put the work in here. You get their signature dovetail neck joint, which keeps things solid and helps transfer energy efficiently between the neck and body — so everything rings out just as it should. The bracing is a smart evolution of classic fan bracing too, giving the uke a quick, articulate response to your playing.
Top it off with a solid slotted Rosewood bridge that not only boosts projection but also makes restringing nice and easy, and you’ve got a seriously well-considered bit of kit.
Ready for stage & studio
Plugging in? No problem. The AU70BE comes equipped with the Alvarez AUE 20 preamp system and built-in tuner, so whether you’re recording at home or playing live, you're always in control of your sound.
Premium appointments throughout
Elsewhere, you’re looking at premium touches throughout. We’re talking carefully seasoned tonewoods, a real bone nut and saddle for improved tone, a smooth Mahogany neck, Rosewood fingerboard and reliable, high-quality tuners.
