Product Description
The DW 9100AL Air Lift drum throne is built to keep you comfortable, supported and perfectly positioned behind the kit. Combining a full-size 14" round seat with a clever pneumatic height adjustment system, it lets you dial in your ideal playing height in seconds while a special foam blend provides the stability and comfort you need for long rehearsals and demanding gigs.
With its rugged double-braced legs, oversized base and four-point footprint, the 9100AL is designed to stay exactly where you put it. Whether you are a hard-hitting rock player or a subtle jazz drummer, this throne gives you a solid, reliable platform so you can focus on your playing rather than your posture.
The Air Lift mechanism makes this throne particularly appealing if you share a kit with other drummers or regularly move between different setups. Instead of wrestling with threaded spindles, you simply use the lever to glide smoothly up or down within a generous height range, then lock in your position. It is a fast, intuitive system that encourages you to fine-tune your ergonomics every time you sit down.
Comfort is just as important as convenience, and the 9100AL delivers here too. The full 14" round top offers plenty of surface area to support your weight evenly, while the carefully chosen foam combination strikes a balance between firm support and cushioned feel. The result is a throne that helps reduce fatigue and keeps you feeling secure, even during the longest sets.
Air Lift Pneumatic Height Adjustment
The standout feature of the 9100AL is its Air Lift height adjustment system, which uses a pneumatic mechanism to raise or lower the seat smoothly. This lets you adjust your height quickly and precisely with a simple lever action, making it ideal for shared kits, quick changeovers and drummers who like to fine-tune their playing position on the fly.
Full-Size 14" Round Seat
A generous 14" round seat gives you a stable, familiar platform that suits a wide range of playing styles. The larger surface area helps distribute your weight more evenly, improving comfort and support so you can maintain good posture and play for longer without distraction.
Special Foam for Comfort and Stability
The seat is built with a special combination of foam that is firm enough to feel secure yet soft enough to remain comfortable over extended sessions. This balance of cushioning and support helps reduce pressure points and keeps you feeling locked in, whether you are practising at home or performing on stage.
Heavy-Duty, Double-Braced Base
Four double-braced legs and an oversized 1" base provide a strong, stable foundation that can handle energetic playing. The robust construction helps prevent wobble and movement, giving you the confidence to play with power and precision without worrying about your throne shifting underneath you.
