If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

The guitar is in really lovely condition and the only thing we can find on it is a tiny mark on the rear edge between the jack socket and strap button (and another teeny one on the back above the control cavity plate). Other than that it’s almost factory fresh and is setup with 10-gauge strings to factory spec.

The 40th Anniversary Custom 24 Limited Edition celebrates four decades of PRS Guitars. Limited to 400 pieces worldwide, this seriously special model boasts both traditional design features and modern appointments, making it an essential piece for seasoned musicians and collectors alike.

Built on the tried-and-true foundation of a Mahogany back and neck with an artist-grade Maple top, the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 offers a retro violin top carve, PRS “Old School” birds with outlines and the PRS “Pre-Factory” headstock eagle, all of which pay homage to early PRS guitars.

Outside of these aesthetic attributes, the 40th Anniversary Custom 24 is looking ahead with its modern PRS DMO Treble and Bass pickups. DMO pickups (standing for 'Dynamic, Musical, Open') were spec’d by Paul Reed Smith and the PRS New Products Engineering team to have a wide open sound with a beautiful, vocal-like character.

Other classic Custom 24 appointments include the PRS Gen III patented tremolo, PRS Phase III locking tuners with wing buttons and PRS Signature 10-46 strings. This limited edition guitar also features a Ziricote fretboard and headstock veneer.
