If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Here’s What RCF Say About the M 20X Desktop Digital Mixer
M 20X is a fully recallable mixer, with 16 remote controlled preamps and 11 motorized faders. Despite its dimensions, the M 20X packs a whole suite of capabilities, such as high-profile preamplifiers, top of class DSP with studio-quality processing, WiFi remote control and a comprehensive set of multitrack recording and playback functions. The mixer offers a total of 20 analog inputs and 14 output channels, between the balanced analog outputs and the AES/EBU digital output.
M20 MixRemote App
Complete remote control of all M 20 models is available with M20 MixRemote, a dedicated App developed for both iOS and Android.
Enhanced FX Engines
Four buses are dedicated to internal FX engines, arranged as two high-quality digital-reverbs, a programmable delay and a fourth FX which can be configured as delay or modulation. All FX engines offer multiple algorithms to match the specific needs of a show. It is possible to reserve one reverb for some inputs and use the second reverb as a general-purpose FX for other sources.
Record & Playback
All 20 inputs can be recorded in multitrack WAV format on the local SD card, and played back as channel inputs, no computer required. A 24-track, 24-bit, 48-kHz low-latency USB audio interface is available and allows access to all inputs and several internal signal nodes. Extensive routing options allow both offline soundcheck and host-based effects processing. A flexible stereo file player can access USB mass storage devices (up to four different drives), with arbitrary sample rate, in MP3, WAV, and AIFF formats.
