Taylor Gold Label Guitars

Taylor's Gold Label Collection marries classic acoustic sound with the brand's signature innovative techniques to deliver a renewed acoustic playing experience. Centering on 2 never-before-seen shapes - the Grand Pacific and the Super Auditorium - these guitars offer the head-turning resonance and warmth of classic instruments but with playability and reliability that exceeds modern standards.

The Taylor Gold Label Grand Pacific

Inspired by classic acoustic guitar recordings, the Grand Pacific is a round-shoulder dreadnought that ushers in a new era of Taylor tone. Thanks to the contours of the shape (especially the wider waist) and the tone-shaping power of the V-Class architecture, notes are rounder and broader, overlapping to create a more blended sound with a warm, seasoned personality. The guitars also produce stunning power in the bass range, without the muddy, woofy characteristics that create sonic problems, making for a more musical, usable voice in virtually every application.

The Taylor Gold Label Super Auditorium

A new take on Taylor’s signature Grand Auditorium body shape, the Super Auditorium is designed to produce a uniquely warm, deep voice with an old-heritage character. With curves and contours that draw on Bob Taylor's design but with a slightly longer body and wider lower bout, the Super Auditorium will feel familiar while adding a new sonic dimension inspired by guitars from the 1930s and ’40s. With a focus on warmth, the Super Auditorium produces an open, blooming voice that produces room-filling tone with a light touch while gaining power as you dig in.

Gold Label Innovations

First up, there's Taylor's fanned bracing. Built on Taylor's tone-enhancing V-Class bracing design, this unique variant adds midrange richness, sonic depth, and refined intonation across the fretboard. They've also implemented the Action Control Neck, patented long-tenon joint that further enhances resonance and lets you easily fine-tune string height to suit your playing style.
