Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.

If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.

Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.

If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Alvarez Artist Series AF66 OM style Acoustic Guitar combines one of the most classic and instantly recognisable acoustic guitar designs with the beautiful looks and warmth of an all-Mahogany guitar, for a mid-sized acoustic that’s built to be your ultimate 6-string companion.

Featuring Alvarez’s 15-degree headstock with an increased angle in partnership with Alvarez’s bi-level bridge, this acoustic has a responsive and full sound with a more even string tension between each string. The OM Design

OM stands for Orchestra Model. This design took influence from small-bodied 0 and 00, adopting a similarly slim, rounded design but with an increase in overall size. This ensures an accessible, comfortable playing experience but adds plenty more depth to the sound. Combining modern manufacturing techniques with unique tonewood treatments, Alvarez OM acoustics give you an authentic tone with a focused midrange, perfect for folky strumming and soft fingerpicking styles.

Who is Alvarez?

Established in 1965 by major US instrument distributor St. Louis Music, Alvarez teamed up with master luthier Kazuo Yairi with the aim of producing the finest guitars in the world.

The success of Alvarez-Yairi guitars helped put the brand on the market, and are still handmade in Kani, Japan to this day. In the decades that followed, Alvarez significantly expanded their operation and now produces one of the most extensive and diverse ranges of acoustic instruments in the world.

Ranging from affordable entry-level to world-class handmade instruments, Alvarez have got everything covered. Their instruments have been used by the likes of Johnny Cash, Paul McCartney, Carlos Santana, Ani DiFranco and many more – they’re obviously doing something right!
