Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Epiphone J-45™ Studio EC is part of the all-new Epiphone Studio Acoustic Collection. These guitars have been completely reimagined to offer the most authentic and affordable acoustic guitars inspired by iconic Gibson designs. The J-45 Studio EC offers a blend of classic design and modern functionality and was designed to appeal equally to beginners and seasoned players alike. Based on the classic Gibson J-45, which has become known as “The Workhorse,” the J-45 Studio EC has a cutaway sloped shoulder body and 24.75” scale length. The cutaway body allows for easy access to the upper frets. The J-45 Studio EC delivers a warm, rich tone with exceptional clarity, making it ideal for a wide range of musical styles.
The J-45 Studio EC has a layered mahogany cutaway body with four-ply ivory and black binding on the top, single-ply ivory binding on the back, and a solid spruce top for a responsive, balanced tone with excellent dynamic range that will sound even better as it ages. The mahogany neck is joined to the body with a glued-in tapered dovetail neck-to-body joint and features a Rounded C profile that ensures comfortable playability. The neck is capped with a rosewood fretboard that’s equipped with 20 standard frets and dressed up with simple pearloid dot inlays. The other ends of the strings are routed over a compensated plastic saddle and are anchored to the belly-up rosewood bridge with ivory-colored bridge pins. We also included other details that give the J-45 Studio EC even more vintage-style visual appeal, including a teardrop-shaped dark tortoise shell-colored pickguard, three-on-a-plate tuners with ivory-colored plastic buttons, and a 60s Kalamazoo-style headstock with the Epiphone logo proudly displayed in gold silkscreen.
The J-45 Studio EC comes with Fishman™ electronics, including an S-Core under-saddle pickup and Fishman Presys II preamp with side-mounted volume, bass, treble, and phase controls. It also has a convenient built-in electronic tuner that makes it quick and easy to get tuned up. The Epiphone J-45 Studio EC has a gloss finish and is offered in two vintage-inspired colors—Natural and Vintage Sunburst. Both right and left-handed versions are available. A standard gigbag is also included.
