If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Doug Aldrich is widely regarded as one of the most respected guitarists in the world, boasting an impressive career with legendary bands such as Whitesnake, Dio, Burning Rain, Lion, Hurricane, House of Lords, Bad Moon Rising, and Revolution Saints. Since 2016, he’s also been a key member of the all-star rock supergroup, The Dead Daisies, all while releasing several solo albums.

CabRig IR-Based Speaker Simulator Technology
The DA100 Ruby comes pre-loaded with three custom CabRig patches that we have developed with Doug. These consist of two different patches tailored to live use and one geared towards the studio. CabRig is our next-generation IR-based DSP speaker simulator that reproduces the sound and feel of a mic’d up guitar cab in incredible detail. CabRig’s advanced algorithm can simulate a speaker cabinet and room with effectively zero latency, no phase mismatch, and much more flexibility than an IR snapshot. Deep-dive using the accompanying software to capture the incredible tones via USB / XLR out or headphones.
Pro Connectivity
With more musicians recording at home, the DA100 is perfect for the way we play today with USB audio connectivity for pro-recording and an XLR D.I. for professional live use, both using CabRig, our IR-based speaker simulator.

"It feels like I’ve spent my entire life chasing the perfect tone. Over the years, I’ve owned dozens of amps—from modern to boutique, modded to vintage classics. Most of them were tube amps, and each had something special, but I was always searching for more.
