If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

The extended 37 to 35 inch multi-scale design, ergonomic T1 pickups and ultra-stable 5-piece neck make it equally at home in modern metal, fusion, gospel or any style that demands precision and power.
Premium feel & looks
The combination of a Poplar Burl top and Okoume/Ash wing body not only looks striking, it also produces a bright, solid tone with rich sustain. The bound Panga Panga fingerboard, medium stainless steel frets and satin finish contribute to a fast, smooth playing experience that feels truly high-end.
Multi-scale punch & comfort
The multi-scale design gives the low B string extra tension and clarity, even when tuned down, while keeping the higher strings feeling familiar and comfortable. The result is a tighter, more defined low end and smoother, more ergonomic fretting across the entire neck.
Neck-through sustain & stability
A 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck with graphite reinforcement rods runs right through the body, enhancing sustain, note definition and tuning stability. This construction also provides effortless upper fret access, making complex lines and solos feel natural and controlled.
