Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

When 8 strings first started making their way into the world a few years ago EMG were one of the first companies to get on board in terms of aftermarket pickups. The 808 was the first 8 string pickup from the guys at EMG and it became an instant success thanks to its excellent low end response and even sound throughout all 6 strings.
Made For Gain
If you are a metal guitarist EMG is already a name you will know very well. Love them or hate them their pickups have appeared on countless records where aggressive high gain output is needed. Like all EMG pickups the 808 has an insanely high output level that won't dirty up your clean tones but will keep your drives smooth.
Clarity Throughout
While other 8 string pickups muddy up when you crank them up through a bit of gain the 808 was designed to stay clear at F# and below. So even if you want yo drop tune your 8 string the 808 can handle whatever you will throw at it.

The 707 has been leading the pack of 7-string guitar pickups since its debut in 2001, and is now available in an 8-string version! Before this model was introduced, existing 8-string pickups sounded muddy and dull on the low B string, especially when trying to hit artificial and natural harmonics, but the 808 eliminates all those problems. Featuring Alnico V loaded wide aperture coils we were able to beef up that Low B tone and at the same time provide a more responsive super tight overall sound. Whether you are ringing out Opeth-style jazzy chords or playing palm muted death chugs, even with the amp set to "kill", these pickups will articulate every note, harmonic and squeal you ask of them. Used equally in bridge and neck positions, these pickups will forever change how you hear and play your 8-string.
