If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Andertons are pleased to offer this exceptional Fender Custom Shop Modern ‘60s NOS Stratocaster, expertly handcrafted by Masterbuilder Tod Krouse. Featuring hand-wound Josefina Campos Fat ‘60s pickups, this guitar sounds every bit as good as it looks!
It's beautiful, light-tinted Oval 60s C-shaped neck in combination with its 9.5” fingerboard radius and Narrow Tall frets ensures that playing this Strat is effortless up and down the fingerboard. The eye-catching block inlays stand out, and the Black pickguard with white covers and knobs helps take this guitar to another level. At only 7.5lbs, this guitar projects and sustains and provides the ultimate Pre-CBS Strat tone that seamlessly works with just about every genre and playing style.

Todd Krause
Since becoming a Master Builder in 1997, Todd Krause has often been regarded as one of the most in-demand Master Builders at the Fender Custom Shop. His guitar-building journey began in 1981 when he became an apprentice for Jackson and Charvel Guitars in California. He joined Fender in 1991 and hasn’t looked back since. Within Fender, he's done many roles, from woodworking machinist to R&D model maker and even as a one-off instrument builder. Over the years, he has built custom instruments for many of the biggest names in music, from Jeff Beck to Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, and so many more. Some of his standout projects include the famous collaboration with David Gilmour on the recreation of the Black Strat as well as the Robbie Robertson Bronzed ‘Last Waltz’ Stratocaster.

Utilising Fender's classic wood combination of an Alder body in partnership with a Maple neck, this Masterbuilt Stratocaster produces a well-balanced tone with a brilliant and articulate top end. Beautifully presented in a NOS 3-Colour Sunburst finish, this Strat looks as good as it sounds! It sustains nicely due to its lightweight construction; this guitar is an absolute dream to play, even after hours under the stage lights!
Josefina Fat 60s
With a direct link right back to Leo Fender and the original production of Fender’s instruments in the 50s, Josefina Campos is keeping Fender's pickup-making torch burning brightly! Selected by the ‘Queen of Tone’ Abigale Yabarra (Fender’s original pickup winder from the early 50s) to be her apprentice before she retired, Josefina’s hand-wound pickups are the sum of all Abigale’s and Leo’s knowledge. These hand-wound Fat ‘60s Stratocaster pickups perfectly capture the highly desired articulate vintage ‘60s Strat tone but with a few updated tweaks. Made using period-correct fibre bobbins, cloth wire, Alnico II magnets, and Formvar magnet wire, these pickups provide authentic vintage Strat tones that are rich in dynamics with a bell-like character. They have been overwound for extra bite and more power in the low-end and the middle pickup is RWRP for no noise in positions 2 and 4.
