Mesa Boogie Badlander Amps

Maintaining the legendary voice and performance that all Rectifiers are renowned for - Mesa Boogie's Badlander amps set a new standard with their modern tweaks and impressive features. They're classic Rectos at heart, but with a different tonal flavour that can cover everything from old-school rock through to detuned "Djent" metal!

Boasting EL34 power tubes, Mesa's Badlander guitar amplifiers deliver a more focused bass response with faster note-tracking, as well as punchier mids and sweeter highs - reducing that fatiguing "fizz" associated with older Rectifiers. They're also super easy to dial-in, with two completely identical channels that feature 3 modes: Clean, Crunch and Crush.

Other contemporary appointments include wattage selector switches that allow you to power down the Badlanders for home use, as well as built-in variacs that let you go from high-headroom sounds to "brown"-like tones by reducing their internal voltages. They also come equipped with Boogie's ingenious CabClone cabinet simulator and reactive load technology, enabling you to send their signals straight to front-of-house PA systems with convincing "mic'd up" cabinet tone. In short - Mesa Boogie Badlander amps do a lot!
