Fender have done it again! The new Vintera II series has built upon the success of the first Vintera launch, giving you accurate recreations of timeless, classic electric guitars from the golden eras of Fender’s history, with a sprinkle of contemporary comforts. The new Vintera II’s bring you more accurate and detailed vintage specifications, with the use of Rosewood fretboards on selected models, era specific pickups, and the addition of new guitars to the range.
The use of more traditional, vintage-style components in the Vintera II series makes them one of the most era specific guitars Fender have made. This puts the ‘50s, ‘60s, and ‘70s eras in your hands for you to wield a stylish, vintage sounding, and an authentic feeling electric guitar! The Vintera II series pays tribute to the innovatively designed instruments that defined decades of music.
‘60s Fender Telecaster
After the success of the Telecaster in the ‘50s, where many artists from Rock, Country, and R&B showcased its versatility, Fender created the ‘60s Telecaster to celebrate the innovation of the time. The Fender Vintera II ‘60s Telecaster features a Rosewood fretboard as opposed to a Maple fretboard from the early ‘50s design. The neck profile is an early ‘60s “C” shape that has been comfortably rounded to be slimmer towards the nut whilst gradually thickening towards the 12th fret for a natural feel. This Telecasters Alder body has been a staple tonewood used by Fender, producing a punchy resonance that is balanced with beefy mid-ranges.
The vintage-style single coil pickups produce a hot output, with a prominent Tele twang and crystal-clear highs that are versatile enough for you to use and play almost any genre. The vintage-style 3-saddle bridge with slotted steel saddles is a classic and original design that helps to pay homage to that famous ‘60s Tele Twang. The vintage-style tuners give you the authentic look and feel of an original ‘60s Tele with enhanced tuning stability that allows you to be more expressive with bends or play for extended periods of time. Fender have created a period accurate Telecaster that won’t break your bank, including all the features that made this classic electric guitar so great in the first place. How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
