If you're after a Duesenberg, chances are that the Starplayer TV is the one that you'll have seen most people play. It's fair to say that the Starplayer TV is Duesenberg's flagship guitar and for good reason; its stunning build quality and innovative German design makes this tremola-loaded, semi-hollow, vintage-inspired instrument a dream to play.
In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Starplayer TV, Duesenberg has released a striking limited edition model featuring a silver metallic finish and their new Split-King Duo-Coil pickups. This 25th Anniversary Starplayer TV will only be in production through 2020.
The Duesenberg Sound
The Starplayer TV guitar has a unique sound that you can't really get from another electric guitar. This can be attributed to its acoustic-inspired tonewoods, featuring a laminated Spruce top with laminated Flamed Maple back and sides. This combination of materials not only allows the Duesenberg Starplayer TV to sound open and vibrant when unplugged, but it also gives you a unique tone that works wonderfully with any clean or crunchy amp settings.
The body is paired with a 1-piece Maple neck, set into the body and carved to a classic 'D' shape. The Maple adds some bright top-end snap that gives notes a clearer and more immediate response, while the neck profile will suit both contemporary and traditional players alike. Finishing off the wood choices, you have an Indian Rosewood fingerboard that feels super-silky under the fingers.
High-Quality Tremola
If you have ever played a vintage guitar with a tremolo, it's likely that you would have encountered some serious tuning issues. That's why Duesenberg has sought to provide players with a charming, vintage-style guitar that has a few modern perks.
The Starplayer TV most notably features Duesenberg's ultra-smooth Deluxe Tremola. This elegant system is very Bigsby-esque, but allows you to change strings far more easily. The Z-Tuners are also very tasteful; keeping your tuning rock solid while also easing the string-changing process. No more sharp string ends poking out!
Duesenberg Split-King Duo-Coil Pickups
Most Duesenbergs come equipped with a custom humbucker in the bridge position and a P90 in the neck. This Starplayer TV is as exception though, and features the brand's new Split-King Duo-Coil pickups, which are uniquely constructed to deliver both a single-coil and vintage humbucker tone for even greater flexibility on stage.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
