Electro Harmonix Wailer Wah

Electro-Harmonix make some really good pedals at affordable prices and this is the first traditional wah pedal that they've done. It has the same internal circuitry as their award-winning crying tone wah pedal, but with a more traditional gear and pinion style mechanism.

Most wah pedals are big, heavy and cumbersome. But even though the Wailer is the same size as a normal wah, it is considerably lighter because its made of a rugged, but lightweight polymer instead of a heavy steel chassis.

It runs off a single 9v battery or can be plugged into a normal 9v power supply.

Here's what Electro-Harmonix say about the Wailer Wah

The Wailer Wah features the great sound and tone of the award winning Crying Tone Wah in a rugged, lightweight pedal and with a traditional rack and pinion style operating mechanism. It's also extremely affordable!

  • Killer wah and cocked wah sounds
  • Traditional rack and pinion style operating mechanism
  • Super affordable
  • Rugged yet lightweight, at just over 1.5 pounds it’s lighter than most popular wah pedals and a real weight saver for your pedalboard
  • 9Volt battery included, also works with optional EHX 9.6DC200mA power supply
