Like a fine wine, this Tele is beautifully aged featuring precise aging and fading to really give you that ‘50s feeling in your hands. The thinline Ash body will capture resonant tones, projecting a full-bodied sound to compliment those Josefina hand-wound pickups. These legacy pickups utilise the traditional process of hand winding 43-gauge wire around Alnico III magnets in the bridge to create that famous Tele twang with a hefty low-end. Josefina’s use of Alnico V magnets in the bridge gives you that instinctively unique warm, full-bodied clean tone you would expect from a Telecaster.

Staying true to tradition, the Custom Shop have produced a chunky “U” shaped profile neck that is finely aged making the lacquer nice and smooth to run up and down without sticking. It is perfectly balanced between a satin and gloss finish giving it a uniquely vintage feel in your hands.
