Designed for bass players who seek more modern and groovy humbucker sounds from their instrument, the Sire Marcus Miller Z7 certainly doesn’t disappoint in that respect. While it shares a similar sound profile with the P models, the Z series can attain deeper lows and groove, and is available in two types – the Z7 and the Z3, with 4-string and fretless variants.

Sire Premium J+MM pickup set
Composed of Alnico, the Z7’s Music Man (MM) pickup provides a vintage bass sound that really resonates. This is complimented by a Jazz pickup and the instrument is low on unwanted hum when the pickups are used alone or combined.
Signature Heritage-3 preamp
Installed throughout the Z7 range of bass guitars, the Marcus Miller Heritage-3 (with mid-frequency control) is an active 3-band preamp for shaping a clean audio balance from the instrument. This preamp includes volume/tone, blender, treble, bass and middle frequency controls to attain virtually any desired audio output.
Sire Z-Bass body
All Marcus Miller Z3 bass models feature the new Sire Z body shape, with a rounded forearm contour that was inspired by the defined lower cutaway of iconic bass guitars from the 1970s. Crafted from Mahogany, the Z3 is sure to complement the look and sound requirements of both traditional and modern players.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
