Product Description

Walrus Audio’s Monument pedal offers the full spectrum of tremolo goodness — from classic velvety wobble to resonant overtone shimmer. With the V2, they’ve shrunk the form factor to single-pedal size, added top-mounted jacks, external tap/expression pedal connectivity and a drastically improved frequency response!

Key Features

  • Harmonic tap tremolo with fully-analogue signal-path (opto-isolator).
  • Five modulation wave shapes: Sine, Square, Ramp, Lumps and Monument.
  • Adjustable Division factor for tremolo: Quarter, Triplets, Eighth and Sixteenth.
  • Selectable Standard or Harmonic modes. The Harmonic mode is based on the tremolo sound from legendary Fender Brownface amps produced between 1959–1963.
  • Digital LFO Tap footswitch for syncing tremolo speed with tempo of band, etc. Thoughtful LED lets you visually see tap speed.
  • Momentary or continuous bypass modes.
  • Ramp Up function (momentarily ramps up tremolo rate to max).
  • Side jack works as external tap tempo or expression pedal input. With an expression pedal you can control the rate, depth, shape or tap-multiplier.
  • Setting the depth knob at 0 and the volume knob above unity creates a clean boost!
  • Top-mounted input and output jacks let you maximise pedalboard real-estate.

Limited Edition, Luna Series Artwork

The standard artwork on the Walrus Audio Monument V2 pedal is marvellous, but this limited edition Luna Series livery is even more enticing! Exclusive to Andertons in Europe, Walrus Audio's Luna Series brings five classic effects from their lineup to create soundscapes as epic and complex as the sci-fi art. Collect them all to create a panoramic masterpiece illustrated by Christi Du Toit. Here's the story behind the artwork:

"It's the year 3000, and a colony of scientists has been on Mars for 100 years to prepare for an influx of human life, developing new ways to harvest resources and innovate technology. At the same time, the solar system's wealthiest families have begun using private resources to make settlements for humanity on the red planet. The UN-funded science project and the private Martian colonies have lived in harmony on the planet for almost 100 years. On a resource collaboration effort between the two states, a massive misinterpretation of the truth set both colonies against each other in a battle they both believed was being fought for the best way forward. Tension has mounted, grown, and climaxed in this sci-fi battle of epic proportions."
