Product Description

The handcrafted and boutique Hansen S-Style electric guitar in ice blue metallic features a lightweight African Mahogany body, a tonewood that is exclusively used across the Hansen S-Style range. Providing you with a warm and rich resonance, with deep low ends, the Mahogany gives you everything you’d expect from a tonewood such as this. Yet, the lighter variety of this wood also gives you a wider resonant tone, producing a brighter high-end and a punchier mid-range, offering you more variety in sound from your instrument.

Hansen Handcrafted HSS Pickups

At the heart of this exceptional guitar are two hand-wound vintage Hansen single-coil pickups that have been overwound to project a fatter, hotter tonal quality. Complimented with a hand-wound humbucker in the bridge to add versatility to your sound, providing a full-bodied growl. Perfect for rock ‘n’ roll solos. Made using Alnico 5 magnets they provide a bright presence for some incredible clean soundscapes with a glassy undertone. Like with most S-Style guitars, Hansen has created a versatile instrument that works perfectly for overdriven tones that are vintage-voice to retain articulation and sustain.
