If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

This OM acoustic guitar is premium personified. This body shape leads to an increased volume, and provides more depth to your overall tone. You'll get impressive mid-range presence, combined with an overall, well-rounded sound. This electro acoustic variant is fitted with an LR Baggs VTC Element pickup set, guaranteeing that your amplified tones sound just as good.
Considered Construction
Every element of these guitars has been carefully considered to create the best instrument possible. Alvarez follow a strict code when it comes to building their guitars. Raw materials are sustainably sourced and prepared correctly; tone woods are properly cured; joints and neck blocks are designed to be solid and stable. They're then polished and sanded, finished with a selection of eye-catching visuals - in this case, a smart Shadowburst.
The overall backbone of the construction is 'all solid'. This simply means that the sides, back and top all consist of solid wood, as opposed to laminated. The top is slightly thinner here, leading to more resonance and an increase in volume. Thanks to this build method, you'll also find quicker note deflection and superior response. The sound of your guitar will actually improve as it gets older too!
