After few months started to produce a noise and whistle even at low volume, and I used that very rarely , I've been already refunded for this and I'm not sure if I'll buy any more Tone City pedal again although I've got 3 more which are fantastic and never gave me any problem (mini series). Three stars because it sounded great until it worked well, otherwise I would have put 1 for reliability.

If you’re looking for a pedal that oozes blues tone then look no further. Easy to dial in the tone and the best part is that it’s quiet.👍🏾

The Tine King blues pedal is an excellent sounding unit at a very good price. For me, it effectively does the job of 2 pedals and the same job as a Chanel switching option on an amp. It could do with rubber feet to stop it sliding about but I bought some and stuck them in - job sorted

The King of Blues overdrive is exactly what I’ve been looking for to get classic Rock & Blues tones. A great product at a good price.

Unbelievable value. Channel A is so transparent that it lets your amp’s tone still sing! And plenty of gain for R ‘n’ R. If you want heavy metal, go for a different pedal - they make enough!

Great sound and varied tones. Love the dual switch, like having two pedals in one.

Good build quality, and heaps of tonel range. Puts a smile on my face and when you mix with other pedals Boom lots more to play with

This is a great item, and did what I expected. Its well built, and the controls are easy to understand and set up. I do have another dual OD pedal which was less than half the price and just as good though, so dropped a star on value for money.

For the money, it’s excellent value even though it’s a close enough clone of the analog man KOT. Played it with my blues junior with a bit of drive, classic rock, switch it on and it gave it that sweet extra lift once the harmonics and clarity without going overboard. Granted I set the gain on the pedal, but this enhances the tone, not muddy it!! Great pedal.

Having never owned a KOT I can’t give an accurate comparison and video audio is really never the same as in real life. Having said that this is a great pedal if you give it the time to learn how to use it, was difficult to find a Tone I really liked but once it was there it was great!

Almost as good as the KoT but easier to find and a fraction of the price. Tone City pedals are amazing value. Engine B is a bit harsher than a Klon but has a nice sound of is own. Engine A fizzes like Peter Green. Just adds a load of dynamics to your playing but never takes over: it’s always you playing, not the pedal.

Everything Andertons said it was in the excellent Youtube video. Lovely warm tones from mild boost to driven blues tone. Not one for the metalheads but just right for the blues.

You can set this dual channel overdrive up in lots of different ways.
It does subtle and in your face. So there's Crunch on one and Solo on the other, either way around, whichever you prefer.
Bang 'em both on when you really mean business.

This is the perfect pedal to reach Stevie Ray Vaughan or Kenny Wayne Shepherd tones. I'm using it in front of a Fender Deville Michael Landau and it is the best tone I have never had.
