Features include a snare throw-off, a non-adjustable butt-end, 'hold-tight' tension rod washers and the superbly responsive Evans single-ply batters and snare heads. Its retro-style brass tube lugs and newly designed triple-flanged 'Sound Arc' steel hoops were specially designed for the SLP series and showcase a small, inward-facing top flange, enhancing the natural tone, yet offering a clearer tone and more responsive playability.
A tight tension is offered within this snare which requires only the slightest of tweaks to manipulate its pitch, making tuning an absolute breeze!
