Sire P7 Series Basses

A firm favourite with the staff at Andertons Music Co, Sire Marcus Miller Basses have become universally-acclaimed despite the brand's short history; indicative of the superb quality of their instruments. And the P7 is one of their best-selling models!

Sire P7 basses feature genuine North American Alder or Swamp Ash bodies, which serve as balanced tonal foundations for the 'Marcus Super Advanced' pickups that these gorgeous instruments come equipped with. With Jazz-style bridge pickups and Precision-esque split-coils, this versatile configuration gives these basses plenty of sonic legroom with lots of natural punch and clarity.

P7 basses also sport satin-finished, bolt-on Canadian Hard Maple necks which provide a fast feel and a snappy note response. Shaped to a comfortable "C" profile, Sire P7 basses are comfortable for both contemporary and traditional players alike.

The 'Heritage-3' EQ circuit is what gives all Sire P7 bass guitars their versatile voice. With the ability to control their tones with surgical-like precision, you can independently cut/boost their bass, middle and treble frequencies, with the sweepable middle frequency dual-pot a real treat for fastidious tone-chasers! Passive/active switches are also present on Sire's P7 basses, allowing you to flick between vintage and modern voices completely on-the-fly.
