Product Description

You'll love this if... you want to expand your range of distorted tones but don't usually like the restrictiveness of your average fuzz box. You'll soon be drop jawed at the versatility of this fuzz pedal, and you might have found your perfect match!

Designed with boutique pedal maker Paul Trombetta, The WTF offers a whole new world of crazy tones with its wierd and wonderful tones and controls. The beauty of this pedal is that its so responsive that you can dial in the exact amount of fuzz that you like for your guitar tone. Dial it right back and you get pure and simple mild and gritty overdrive. Or Turn the WTF right up and you can get trumpet and trombone type tones, right into crazy random octave fuzz.

The Controls

You have access to a number of parameters at your disposal to control this beast. At the heart is a simple set of overdrive controls. Volume, gain and a real handy 3 way treble cut switch gives you fantastic control of your base tone and has a lot of tonal options without even touching the rest of the power hidden within this pedal.

Boost mode

The boost mode takes up where the volume control left off. If you're finding that the regular volume control is a bit lacking, switch to boost mode with the dedicated footswitch. This will switch volume control to a dedicated boost knob that has more of a kick. It not only gets louder, but also gains a thicker and more driven sound.

WHAT THE FUZZ!

As you may of guessed, the WTF control is where things really start to go a bit crazy. Each click turn of the knob gains a more and more mental fuzz tone, working with the gain to create a tremendous range of tones. If you just want light fuzz, you can easily play around and find the perfect mix. If you are looking for something a bit more crazy tho, crank it up and there's hours of fun to be had.

The collaboration with Paul trombetta really bears fruit with this fuzz, as you're able to recreate trumpet and trombone like tones that Paul has become well known for creating. If you're looking to create a signature sound, having this unusual tonal pallete in your arsenal will come in hand when you're trying to create something really unique.

Turn everything up to max and you can get the pedal to self oscillate, creating low octave drones that will wow your audiences and provide a cool compositional tool for new and exciting riffs.

All together, the WTF is a very exciting pedal to have on your board, opening up a wide range of possibilities for onstage solos and recording in the studio. It will add power and raw energy to your sound. Just switch it on and go mental
