Gibson USA SG Faded T 2017 Worn Cherry LEFT HANDED

The SG Faded is a full-blown Gibson SG at an affordable price. It has a faded gloss finish and nickel-plated hardware and looks and feels played in. Especially because Gibson now roll the fret edges on the neck making it feel like it's been played, which is a feature normally found on much more expensive instruments.

It's got that classic SG look and feels like any Gibson should, and with the Slim Taper neck you'll be able to riff and shred wherever you are on the rosewood fretboard.

Pickups

The 490R and 490T pickups are modern sounding, medium to high output pickups. They aren't made to give you brutal metal tones but will easily handle high-gain or low-gain amps making them versatile enough to be used for anything from blues to metal. They have a bit more bite and mid-range sizzle than your normal PAF-style pickup.

Made in the USA

If it says Gibson on the headstock then it's made in the USA. All Gibson guitars have got a nitrocellulose finish which allows the wood to breathe and isn't a thick gloss that can bog down the natural tone of the wood. Also, it'll age really well, so after a few years of you gigging it, you're sure to leave the guitar with some marks of character.
