Gibson USA New EB Bass 4 String T 2017 Natural Satin

The EB4 is a completely new bass guitar design for Gibson and these basses pack some serious low-end punch. This is down to the full contact Babicz bridge and swamp ash body with a set-neck which allows the bass to resonate like crazy.

This is a fully-fledged American made bass with grover tuners and punchy pickups designed for this bass. The EB pickups are chunky with a sweet top-mid and easy-to-use controls. You have 2 volume controls for each pickup so that you can blend the pickups however you want to with a master tone control.  You can also engage the coil-tap for a fat, singlecoil sound that doesn't have a drop in volume which is very handy when you're mid-song.

The double cutaway will feel familiar and the neck is a smooth maple with a rounded profile to make it easy to play up and down the neck.
