The Electroliner is a brand new guitar model that Doug Kauer has developed over the last few months! It pays homage to those iconic '50s S-types with its curvy double-cut design, classic bolt-on construction and sparkly single-coil pickups. However, this particular instrument comes with a beefy Lollar 'El Rayo' bridge humbucker — making it one of the most versatile Kauer guitars we've seen yet!
Key Features
- Roasted Swamp Ash Body — Traditional tonewood with a gorgeous natural grain and a balanced sound. The timber has been roasted to remove moisture; boosting resonance and reducing weight!
- Bolt-On Construction — Produces a snappy note response for an immediate playing experience.
- Roasted Maple Neck — Roasting process crystallises resins and removes all of the natural moisture retained by the neck wood, ultimately darkening the material and adding stability for rock-solid tuning.
- "C"-Shaped Neck Profile — Comfortable profile provides a supportive feel that'll strongly appeal to traditionalists and contemporary players alike.
- Precise 'Plek' Process — Kauer uses an in-house Plek machine to carefully analyse their instruments' fingerboards and makes fine adjustments to the frets to ensure optimal, consistent playability.
- Lollar Pickups — Flexible HSS configuration allows you to experiment with a variety of inspiring tones! The Lollar Blonde neck/middle single-coils conjure up some mid-'50s Strat vibes with their medium-output and bright-yet-smooth sounds, while the 'El Rayo' bridge humbucker has excellent note clarity which Lollar describe as "having a percussive quality almost like a single-coil pickup".
- Wilkinson Tremolo — Vintage-style, 6-screw vibrato features sustain-enhancing Highwood contoured steel saddles which ergonomically keep the saddle screws out of harm's way. No more shredded picking hand!
- Hipshot Open-Back Locking Tuners — Locking design secures the strings to makes changes fast and hassle-free, with less wraps required around the tuning posts; improving tuning stability.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
