The Fender Parallel Universe series is back, bringing electric guitar "What Ifs?" to life! The Parallel Universe line is a series of limited edition guitars that take classic Fender designs to places you'd never normally see them. This model is a Jazzmaster-Stratocaster hybrid cleverly titled, the Jazz Strat.
The Jazz Strat takes the iconic shape and ergonomics of the Strat, and combines it with Jazzmaster pickups and hardware for a mashup of tone and aesthetics that'll surely set you apart. The Jazz Strat is finished in Mystic Surf Green and adorned with a custom Decoboom pickguard to complete the retro 50s look.
Body and Neck
The Jazz Strat features a Stratocaster body, one of the most beloved electric guitar shapes of all time thanks to its comfort and upper fret access. The Jazz Strat uses the tried and tested combination of an alder body, maple bolt-on neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. The neck profile is a medium "C" which feels comfortable in the hand and the 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth, natural-feeling playing surface that's suited for chords and soloing alike.
While this might all feel very Strat-ish, there are a few nods to the Jazzmaster. The headstock features the Jazzmaster-specific Fender decal and the block inlays are another classic Jazzmaster design cue that adds a classy touch to this instrument.
Pickups and Hardware
The Jazzmaster influence comes through a lot stronger when it comes to the sound. At the heart of this guitar are two Fender Pure Vintage '65 Single-Coil Jazzmaster pickups. Jazzmasters are known for their clear, articulate sound that also grits up well and these pickups help replicate the sound of those classic vintage models.
The Jazz Strat features the American Professional Jazzmaster vibrato tailpiece and bridge. The Jazzmaster vibrato allows for both bold and subtle pitch-bending and the Mustang saddles on the bridge help keep the strings in place even with enthusiastic strumming.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
