Following on from Teenage Engineering's successful collaboration on the Rick and Morty Pocket Operator Vocal Synth, the brand are back with their latest pop culture crossover: the PO-128 Mega Man Pocket Operator Live Synthesizer and Sequencer!
Teenage Engineering x Capcom
Making its debut on the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) in 1987, the Mega Man series now encompasses over 50 different games on multiple consoles. This particular Pocket Operator features live sequencing and synthesis functionality that's directly inspired by audio from the games. There's even a cool Mega Man twist to the animated LCD display.
The Tools
This special variant also features glide control, punch-in effects, and parameter locks. These are augmented by a 16-step sequencer, 16 patterns, and a built-in speaker, ensuring you've got plenty of tools available right at your fingertips.
Portable Creativity
Pocket Operators have developed a well founded reputation over the years, and for good reason. They've become a go-to piece of gear for many creatives, allowing you to easily make music on the move due to a compact and highly portable design.
