Product Description

If the SR is made for ultimate versatility the ATK is all about refining a design that has been around for generations. While it certainly doesn't have the most traditional look the ATK810 mixes the best of Jazz and MM style basses and bringes them together into this bass that is perfect for rock and jazz styles.

Quality Materials

As part of the premium line this bass is made using some real quality parts. The body is made out of Ash and is left natural for a stunning look that is sure to turn a few heads. It also features and all Maple neck and fingerboard that helps give it that classic bright attack with associate with 50's and 60's bass guitars.

Interesting Hardware

The first thing that you will imediately nnotice is that bridge. It is absolutely massive but for a good reason. They say that the larger the bridge and the more contact it has with the body the more sustain you get and the more low end you get out of it. It also looks really cool as well and there are not many bases that feature this kind of look.

CAP Pickups

Designed by Ibanez and used by plenty of different musicians across the world. The first thing that is different about them is that the casing and pole pieces are staggered to follow the curve of the the fretboard and bridge so you have a very even sound. They are also set up in a bit of an odd configuration that lets you cover a very wide range of tones.
