This bundle has everything you need to get started with learning the bass guitar. It includes an Ibanez GSRM20B-WNF GIO MIKRO Bass, which is easy to play and most importantly - sounds fantastic. The P/J pickup configuration gives you plenty of versatility, letting you control your tone to suit certain genres or songs. Their punchy sound provides loads of clarity, so you won't have a muddy-sounding bass when you're just getting started.
The amp included in this bundle is a Fender Rumble 15, which is the perfect small practice amp. It's compact enough to practice with at home without disturbing the neighbours, but loud enough for you to still hear your instrument over a drummer.
We've also thrown in a clip-on tuner to make sure your bass is in tune at all times, as well as a guitar cable so that you can plug into the amp. And if you want to learn the bass standing up, you can simply throw on the strap and you're good to go!
Ibanez GSRM20B-WNF GIO MIKRO Bass in Walnut
Ibanez basses are known for having very slim necks for great playability and bodies with plenty of curves so they sit comfortably both standing and sitting. The GSRM20 MiKro shrinks their popular Gio SR bass design to a size that even kids will find comfortable. Regular sized basses are much larger and can be really uncomfortable for smaller players.
When buying a first or second bass you want something that will last a long time. That is why the GSRM20 is made out of materials that are known to last. Including a Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard as well as a Mahogany body which houses the bridge, pickups and controls.
The GSRM20 has two pickups built in to the body. These pickups are based on some of the worlds most popular bass guitars and were chosen for their versatile range of tones and simple control layout. The bridge 'J' style pickup is commonly used for softer jazz and blues styles while the neck 'P' style pickup is normally used for rock and heavier music styles. Having both in one guitar means no matter the style this bass will sound great.
