Walrus Audio's limited edition SLARP pedal is the ultimate ambient workstation for guitarists and synth aficionados. Combining two of the brand's best-selling stompboxes — the Slö multi-texture reverb and ARP-87 multi-function delay — SLARP is a powerful tool for experimental musicians who love to get lost in lush, layered and immersive soundscapes!
Limited Edition SLARP
The brains behind Walrus Audio never settle for anything ordinary. They're always coming up with crazy concoctions; aiming to inspire players with abstract and ethereal tones. By bringing together two of their most popular time-based effects in a single unit, SLARP covers all of your ambient needs without taking up too much space on your pedalboard. Sporting custom artwork, this super-cool stompbox will spice up the look of your setup too!
Independent Slö & ARP-87 Circuits
The SLARP's Slö reverb and ARP-87 delay circuits are completely independent of one another, meaning that they can be used separately or combined. Inputs and outputs for each side let you route the pedal in a number of ways too, so that you can easily integrate the SLARP into your rig without making any compromises.
Flexible Routing Options
If you want to use both of the SLARP's circuits in series (delay into reverb), you can simply plug your guitar into the ARP-87 side's input and run a cable out of the Slö's output. There isn't an internal switch that can change the order of the effects (for reverb into delay), but you can still achieve this by plugging into the Slö's input jack and routing a cable from its output into the input of ARP-87 side. Easy!
Individual inputs and outputs for each circuit also make it possible for players who use pedal switcher systems (like The GigRig G3 or BOSS ES-8) to isolate the Slö and ARP-87 into separate loops. This also means that you can run other stompboxes between the two circuits, like modulation effects or even pitch-shifting pedals — if you're seeking otherworldly, tone-warping textures!
- Three distinct Slö reverb algorithms — 'Dark', 'Rise' and 'Dream', with three selectable modulation modes offering unique reverb effects.
- Four ARP-87 delay modes — 'Analog', 'Digital', 'Lo-fi' and 'Slapback' (with tap tempo).
- Versatile inputs/outputs allow for flexible routing possibilities.
- Limited edition pedal artwork.
