Please Note: The Poly Effects Beebo and Digit firmwares have now been merged into a single firmware. Existing owners will be able to update to the new unified firmware. The new firmware means that the convolution based real space reverbs can be used with the full range of modulation and synthesis effects. The combined firmware now includes 94 modules ranging from harmonic tremolo to Déjà vu random melody generation.

The Poly Effects Digit is a powerful digital multi-FX pedal that offers synth-like levels of tweakability for unique tone creation. Ideal for keen effect experimentalists, the Digit is primarily a time-based stompbox that offers world-class ambient reverb and delay sounds. However, the Digit is able to serve as a mixer too, and with various built-in cabinet impulse responses letting you record direct with the unit - there's not much it can't do!
Here's what Poly Effects says about the Digit pedal:
Modification System
The parameters in Digit can be controlled with the onboard modification system. If you want wetter delay on the 1 beat, filtered reverb when you dig in, ducked repeats - it's all possible. Digit has onboard LFOs, an envelope generator and envelope followers. You can even modify these with a slew limiter if you wish. Effect-sculpting is what the Digit is all about!
Flexible Routing
Effects can be run in any order or into each other, and you also have up to 3 inserts/effects loops. This allows you to have a pedal just affecting one of your delays repeats, while another pedal affects your reverb trail or lets you mix to different chains. This isn't just an effect loop though, it's a mixer. Levels can be changed by the modifiers so that you can play harder and get more of the effect, or the amount of effect can change over time.
About Poly Effects
A newcomer to the competitive world of guitar pedals, Poly Effects produces ultra-modern digital multi-FX units filled to the brim with high-quality sounds. But the coolest thing about their products? Their large, ergonomic touchscreen interfaces!
Despite only two pedals forming their current lineup, the brand is already making waves with its modest stompbox selection. With acclaimed blues-rock virtuoso Josh Smith a keen user of their Digit and Bebo pedals, we're bound to see even more of Poly Effects' units appearing on professional pedalboards worldwide.
The founder of the company has a background in synth design, and his expertise has made its way into the design of his pedals. Offering unparalleled levels of tweakability, these stompboxes are also engineered to ease workflow; just like with many modern synthesizers. This is thanks mostly in part to their large touchscreen interfaces, which allow users to quickly dial in effects and make changes on the fly.
