The Mission 529 is the worlds first USB power converter for effects pedals. Power up to five pedals directly from a portable battery pack, phone charger or computer.
Why do I need one?
Pedalboards draw a decent amount of power from the wall, especially larger ones. For those situations you may need multiple, massive power supplies to take care of every pedal on your board.
For those moment where you may only need a few pedals though, larger power bricks can just get in the way and weigh down your lightweight rig for fly gigs.
That is where the 529 is in a league of its own. Powered by a standard USB connection you can now power your board in more ways than ever before.
In fact any way you can charge your phone, you can power the Mission 529. That means from the wall, from your computer or even a portable battery pack.
Here's what Mission Engineering say about the 529 Power Supply
Power up to four standard pedals plus one high power digital pedal from five isolated outputs. Link two 529 devices together to power up to ten effects pedals.
From the wall
If you have AC wall power available, just connect the 529 to the AC adapter with a USB cable. If you misplace the included AC adapter, you can use any USB wall power supply such as one the one from your smart phone or tablet.
On the road
Power your pedal board from a portable USB battery pack, computer USB port, or a car's USB charging port. For larger rigs, just run a USB cable from your rack power supply.
Home and studio
Connect the 529 to a computer USB port to power pedals on the desk for recording, testing or repairs.
