The Custom Tele model has always been the one to stand out among the crowd. Fender’s Vintera range replicates those old school specifications using modern construction techniques in a brilliant homage to the golden era of guitars.
Switch up both your sound and style with the sleek aesthetic of a Custom Tele. This unique guitar is equipped with an array of hardware and electronics replicating glorious 20th century feel and tone.
Construction
The thin C shape neck is a slimmer take on the ’60s Fender variation. The softer shoulders make it accessible to all 21 tall, narrow frets. At a 7.25” radius, the fingerboard is effortless to navigate and easy to perform techniques like the wrap around thumb on the low string.
Sound
Custom Teles benefit from the cool single coil/humbucker pickup configuration. The Vintera houses a ‘70s inspired medium output single coil in the bridge, which produces chimey bell-like tone. The Wide Range humbucker in the neck position is famous for its beefy output and full girthy sound. There’s plenty to explore with this tasteful sonic combination.
Hardware
The vintage style hardware doesn’t just look pretty. Fender’s three screw bolt-on necks are highly durable, as well as the American vintage bridge with chrome barrel saddles. It’ll keep your Tele intonated and in tune through heavy use. As with all Fender guitars, the hardware is highly reliable and can take on years of playing having been made in their high-tech Mexico factory.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
