Carlos Santana, the undisputed master of making a guitar cry first picked up a PRS in 1982 and by 88' he had his own signature model. Since then they have endeavoured to make his signature tone's available to everyone.
With the release of the SE Santana Standard, PRS bring you a truly stunning guitar. The sound is incredible, the finish is great and its at a really affordable price. This would make an ideal step up form your first electric guitar or, ideally, a first guitar that'll stnad up to whatever you want to play with great style.
PRS have a reputation for great looking guitars, from the choice of stains on the bodies stunning woodgrain to the trademark bird inalys on the neck they really are unique.
Versatile tone
With a pair of SE 245 Humbuckers this guitar has amazing tone. Played clean you get a bright tone with great articulation but when you dial in the gain this guitar really finds its comfort zone. Santan himself is hardly a stranger to the overdriven tone and the pickups on this guitar are happiest when you turn up the power. You can easily dial in the tone you want with single tone and volume controls and a 3 way selector.
Solid Build
The comfortable, beveled body is light, well balanced and feels great to play. Alongside an equally comfy "wide fat" mahogany neck with a mellow, smooth rosewood fingerboard this guitar plays really well. The finish is smooth, crisp and clean and it looks great.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
