Spruce Top, Anigre Back & Sides

The Ibanez AF2000-BS Artstar's smooth Spruce top enriches the response of your playing, ensuring that all of your unique picking and dynamic nuances are heard. Figured Anigre has been used to craft the back and sides, not only featuring a beautiful wood grain but also producing a rich mid-range voice and controlled attack in the high-end.

3-Piece African Mahogany & Roasted Maple Neck

Many modern high-end guitars are fitted with rock-solid Roasted Maple necks, and the AF2000-BS is no exception — sporting a unique Roasted Maple/African Mahogany layered 3-piece neck construction. Via Ibanez's 'S-TECH' special roasted treatment, this process removes all of the natural moisture retained by the neck wood which ultimately makes it far less vulnerable to warping when exposed to varying climates.
