Similar in layout to the flagship BE100 by Friedman the Steve Stevens signature SS100 amp head takes one of Dave Friedman's best amps and gives it a whole new tone. With a fatter tone than Friedman normally delivers but still with the same quality and dynamic range this is a killer amp for those who really want to fill a stage.
Two Channels, 3 Modes
Just like the BE100 the SS100 features a clean and overdrive channel that already cover a lot of range thanks to their stunning dynamic range giving you really good control over the output. Not content with just that however Steve and Dave Friedman added on a boosted channel as well that really adds on a ton of gain and saturation for when you need to kick through with some leads.
Based On Classics
What makes this different from the other amps Friedman have built is that the sounds are all based on some of Steve's personal favourites. The clean channel sits somewhere between a blackface and AC sound while the overdrive model is pure hot rodded Plexi but with a modern amount of saturation meaning it can fit in to almost any scenario
Real Valve 100w Tone
Nothing beats a high quality valve amp. By using a quad of Friedmans's favourite EL34 power amp tubes and a selection of four 12AX7 preamp tubes you can get some of the best tube saturation and overdrive available today in this amplifier.

Dave Friedman's first signature amplifier, the SS-100 was created to guitarist extraordinaire, Steve Stevens' exacting tonal demands. The SS100 is a 100-watt EL34 powered, two channel plus BOOST, high gain tone machine that is capable of producing many styles of music from blues to classic rock and from heavy rock to metal by simply adjusting the gain and master controls. Likewise the versatile and gorgeous clean channel is great for a whole palette of styles.
You will notice instantly, the tight bottom end and rich harmonically detailed chords and single notes. This amp cleans up remarkably well with the guitar's volume control, even with the amp on higher gain settings.
The SS100 takes pedals very well and loves boosts, OD's, phasers, flangers, tremolos, wahs, etc. The SS100 has ultra transparent Series FX loop that takes time based FX pedals and rack units equally well.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.

Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
