ESP M & MH Series Guitars

ESP and LTD M series guitars are considered as ‘superstrats’. With most models featuring Alder bodies and Maple necks, it’s clear that they closely adhere to the timeless S-style design. This combination of woods yields focused mid-range tones, with the Maple ensuring a bright top-end snap. While M series models feature flat tops, MH guitars have carved body tops for extra playing comfort and finesse.

Like many of their counterparts in the ESP and LTD range, M and MH models are fitted with high-output pickups from either Seymour Duncan or EMG; some even feature Bare Knuckles. Their powerful humbucker designs are able to handle copious amounts of gain should you wish, but are versatile enough to produce crystal-clear tones with clean amp settings.

Most ESP M and MH series guitars come equipped with Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo systems. If crazy whammy bar acrobatics are your thing, you’ll get on very well with these guitars! However, selected models also come with hardtail or Evertune bridges, with the latter ensuring unparalleled tuning stability. Most models from this range are available in a standard 6-string configuration, although 7-string models are available for heavier players.
