The MKI.5 Tone Bender has more lower-mids and bass than the MKI, and sounds smoother and woollier - perfect for single coil guitars. The MKI.5 Tone Bender is very similar in its circuitry to the Fuzz Face, and like the Fuzz Face, it is able to clean up exceptionally well by rolling the volume down on your guitar.

Often known as the mythical fuzz due to the very few original examples which exist, the MKI.5 Tone Bender was produced in 1966 and was the first tone bender that featured the iconic Grey Hammerite Aluminium Casing. The MKI.5 featured a different circuit than the earlier production MK I and consisted of a 2x OC75 transistor circuit. At the time of production one of these rare fuzzes managed to find its way into Abbey Road Studios and was pictured being used by George Harrison of The Beatles.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
