Part of the 500 series of modules, the TK Audio BC501 is a stereo bus compressor that adds smooth, analogue compression to your mixes. The BC501 offers high-quality, transparent compression that’ll tighten up your sound without compromising the tone that you’ve crafted. TK Audio have packed a fully-featured control set on to the front-panel giving you the power to sculpt the characteristics of the compression as you please, even including a sidechain functionality with switchable HPF (high pass filter).
The BC501 offers a range of controls and modes to help you sculpt how the compression interacts with your signal. The front panel features controls for compression threshold, compression ratio, attack, and release. With these controls, you can shape when the signal is compressed, how much it is compressed by, and the speed at which it compresses and uncompresses. There’s also a make-up control which lets you compensate for any quietening that can occur from compression. Additionally, there’s a blend control which allows you to mix the dry and compressed signals together so you can choose how much of the original dynamics you want to keep with the compressed sound. For additional harmonics, there’s the THD mode switch which you can use to give yourself an even richer sound.
There’s also impressive sidechain functionality on the BC501 thanks to the switchable HPF which you can to set the number of low frequencies you want to be filtered out so you can make sure the sidechain compression is suited to the application you’re using it in.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.

You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
