Amassing a collection of microphones for a range of recording styles can be an expensive undertaking. Thanks to Slate Digital’s Virtual Microphone System (VMS) software, the ML1 can sound like a wide range of legendary microphones without breaking the bank. From the warm tone of vintage mics to the bright clarity of modern classics, the ML1 can cover an array of styles.
ML1 Microphone
The ML1 is is a large diaphragm mic with a shock-mounted, gold sputtered, 6 micron capsule with a state-of-the-art FET circuit path. The result is a microphone with a very neutral, transparent sound that won’t colour your recording. This clear, clean sound is what makes the ML1 perfect for use with the VMS as it acts as a blank slate for the modelling to shape the tone.
VMS Software
When you take that clean signal from the ML1 and run it through the included VMS software you can choose how you wish to colour the tone. With eight detailed and accurate recreations of classic mics as well as two preamps, you can shape the ML1 to perfectly match the style you’re going for. All this is achieved with latency free processing, so if you use a low latency interface you won't perceive any monitoring delay

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
