My word what a guitar. Came well packaged, and the courier took great care with it. Out the box, it took a bit of adjustments. Lock nuts were loose so it was totally out of time. A bit of time tuning up and locking into place sorted it out. The guitar itself is gorgeous, and plays really well. People have had a few issues with the Floyd Rose licenced Jackson trem, but so far so good with me. I'm really getting on with it. Stays perfectly in tune, and the humbuckers on these Jacksons have always been my favourite. Suuuuuper happy with this guitar. Top quality at an affordable price. Got this JS32 in snow white, and with the black hardware it just looks stunning. Genuinely a fantastic guitar, which I would recommend to ANYONE who wants to play some decent chuggy heavy metal. I used to have an Ibanez RG370AHMZ, but I'd choose this Jackson over it. It's just wicked, I love it so much.

Great guitar, I’ve tried loads of different guitars over the years and I’m gonna stick with my Jackson’s. Fantastic neck, no fret problems and the tremolo seems pretty good. The service as always was great from Andertons.

Good guitar for the price, but is still only a £300 guitar. Needed some tweaks and prob a few more when I change strings.

Great guitar. Well set up when I got it and ready to go. Chose it as I’m a beginner but wanted to spend a little more on the guitar than getting a traditional “beginners” guitar. Have owned a guitar with a floyd before so wasn’t daunted with it. Have read some negative reviews about cheaper Jacksons but no evidence of poor quality.

Great guitar for the money

Excellent value for money. Fairly easy to set up, though had a bit of fret buzz on the 5th and 6th strings, but eliminated with a small amount of neck adjustment. Very nice to play, smooth matte finish neck, action really good on 1 to 3. Stays in tune well. Finish around the term cut out could be better and the frets protrude ever so slightly along the top of the neck giving them a sharp feel. For the price though, really good guitar!

Set up was appalling. Strings would not stay in tune and kept breaking. The trem system is a licenced product and not quite up to Floyd standard. Allen keys not quite the right size. Some scuffing around the bridge cut out area. A local guitar repair shop seems to have rectified the issues.. at cost of £48. I was led to believe from reviews of this make it was playable straight from the box..not in my case.
