The classic body shape is where the ESP E-II Eclipse ends borrowing from old and introduces only new thereon in. Bridging the gap between the high-end premium range and the affordable ESP LTD models, the Eclipse boasts exceptional build quality and top-notch hardware. All assembled in Japan.
Unlike a classic single cutaway, the E-II Eclipse is relatively light, thin and comfortable to play standing up. Perfect for full-on live performances or extended rehearsals. It rocks an ultra modern styling with a flamed Maple top.
Body and hardware
The Eclipse has a Mahogany body with a large cutaway to provide excellent comfort and a super thin Mahogany neck designed with shredding in mind. The 305mm Rosewood fretboard is silky smooth, especially when fitted with ESP's well-crafted 22 extra jumbo frets.
Gotoh locking tuners adorn the headstock and a Gotoh tailpiece is fixed at the bridge, and make life so much easier for any player. It's tiresome to constantly tune up after big bends or vibratos but don't worry about pulling them off any longer, as the string is held tightly in place by the locks while the bridge will keep the guitar's intonation precise.
Sound
The real highlight of the guitar is the Seymour Duncan '59 pickup in the neck and the JB in the bridge. The Eclipse's passive pickups are both high-output and versatile, as they retain the clarity of each string even when played across large chords. This is brilliant for rock or modern metal where precision is just as important as distortion.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
