The wacky inventors at Earthquaker Devices have been experimenting once again, this time with vibrato, to create the true pitch-shifting Aqueduct pedal.
Based in Akron Ohio, Earthquaker should be on your radar as one of the most popular and brilliantly fun boutique pedal designers today. Expect the unexpected with these guys, as they're known for creating completely bonkers effects you couldn't find anywhere else.
This could be the ultimate shoe gaze effects pedals. Loads of room to manoeuvre, experiment and warp your sound. They've even appropriately nicknamed the Envelope-Controlled Pitch mode the "My Bloody Valentine setting".
Mad modulation
The Aqueduct is packed full of eight hugely variable modes. Perfect for those who like to experiment. Easily conjure synth pulses to vintage vibrato, tactile tremolo pitch bends to touch-sensitive chorus and flanger.
You'll have several pedals-worth of effects to play with at a small pedalboard footprint cost. And there is absolutely no trade-off in quality. Earthquaker have an excellent reputation for designing authentic and extremely malleable sounds suited to your needs.
Sine, Triangle, Ramp and Square modes and more let you access a wide array of tonal possibilities. Go from subtle, organic textures to the likes of unpredictable gigantic warbles using both the random setting and the dynamic rate and depth controls.
Flexi-Switch
Select momentary or traditional latching switching on the fly using Earthquaker Devices' exclusive Flexi-Switch system. Simply click on and off for traditional operation or hold down as long as you want to activate the effect, then release to active true bypass. The all-analogue dry signal path means the the Aqueduct plays nicely with other pedals.
As with all Earthquaker releases, the Aqueduct has top-mounted inputs to save you loads of space on your pedalboard.

How do I use instant finance?
It's simple! Just add the products you want to your basket and click the "Checkout" button in your basket. Go through the checkout process and tick the "Finance" option under "Select Your Payment Method". You can then choose which finance term you'd like to apply for, and change your deposit if you wish.
At the end of the checkout you'll be taken to the V12 Finance web site. This is where your finance application is processed. Assuming your application is accepted you'll be able to place your deposit and confirm your order right there.
Then, your order will come through to Andertons and we'll send you the goods. Get approval before 3pm and we'll send your order out the same working day (stock permitting) for next working day delivery!
Who can apply for finance?
You must: spend over £300, be at least 18 years of age, have been a UK resident for 3 years or more, be able to make repayments by Direct Debit, be in regular employment (minimum of 16 hours per week) including self-employment, or in permanent residence with your partner who is in regular employment.
